What if? As well as establishing Lough Ree Distillery, if the truth be known, our family is also prone to a bit of ‘scientific enquiry’. Having all this wonderful equipment at our disposal, we felt it would be a shame not to explore its full potential. That’s how The Founders’ Series came about. A series of small batch spirits made according to the ideas – and whims – of the three founders: Peter, Sheila and Mike.

As the Clancy family quest continues, and as new concepts emerge, we’ll be producing limited edition batches of rare and fine spirits. And we’d like you to play your part by letting us know what you think, by way of encouragement.
