Bart’s Range
On our fantastic journey, the founders have increasingly missed the influence and guidance of their late dad, Bart. When it came to releasing a new blended product, there was an obvious parallel — the complexity of the blend mirrored the complexity of a clock. Bart understood from hours of work that each component of the clock was as important as the next, regardless of size. Similarly, in Bart’s Blended Whiskey Series, each component works in harmony with the others to create the final result: a series of intricate, flavour-driven whiskies, a series truly worthy of being named in Bart’s honour.
The Bridge Series
The Bridge Series is our path across the bridge that connects us to the point where we’ll be sharing our precious Irish whiskey, distilled on the shores of Lough Ree. In the meantime, we have sourced and aged some very special whiskies, which we are sharing with you now as limited Single Cask Releases. As you savour these special releases from The Bridge Series, you are joining us on The Lough Ree Distillery journey.

From our multi award-winning Sling Shot — the first gin ever distilled with peat as a botanical — to our Founders’ Series, featuring small-batch and limited-edition expressions, there’s a gin for everyone to discover.
Sling Shot Irish Gin
Sling Shot Gin is proudly distilled and bottled at our micro distillery in Lanesborough, Co Longford. We are the first distillery to ever distil peat as a botanical in gin. The peat creates an incredibly rich and smooth mouthfeel, while adding a deliciously earthy finish to our otherwise bold and fresh Irish gin.
The Founders Series
As well as establishing Lough Ree Distillery, if the truth be known, our family is also prone to a bit of ‘scientific enquiry’. Having all this wonderful equipment at our disposal, we felt it would be a shame not to explore its full potential. That’s how The Founders’ Series came about.
