A Journey Through Time & Place
An indepth experience for the Whiskey lover featuring a flight of 6 of our favourite whiskies.
An indepth experience for the Whiskey lover featuring a flight of 6 of our favourite whiskies. Learn about our award winning series of single cask and limited release whiskies from the Bridge series, and discover Bart’s, a special blend created by the founders of Lough Ree Distillery in tribute to their late father, Bart Clancy.
Celebrating the duality between Bart’s resolute attention to detail in his work, and his children’s obsession with the detail of their whiskey. Every cog is integral to how a clock works, this is an ethos that has been brought to this whiskey, fine tuning a mix of five different whiskeys to create the blend.

Where legends began
For the white spirit lovers, we have some deliciously flavoursome Gins and Vodkas to stimulate your senses.
For the white spirit lovers, we have some deliciously flavoursome Gins and Vodkas to stimulate your senses. Discover the brand where it all began for us, Slingshot Gin. The word Slingshot evokes thoughts of a David & Goliath style legend.. on the shores of Lough Ree we remember the tale of the demise of Queen Maeve, by a Slingshot from the Longford shore as she bathed at Inchcleraun (Quaker Island). Sling Shot creates a sense of strength, passion and determination, all qualities we evoke when producing our multi-award winning uniquely peated gin, a world first.
Queen Maeve was a warrior of great strength, resilience, and at times, ruthlessness. With a name said to mean “intoxicating,” it is certain that she wielded enormous power and sway during her reign.
The legendary death of Queen Maeve involves her nephew, Furbaide, who killed her with a sling-shot fired piece of cheese as revenge for her murdering his mother. This act was Maeve’s ultimate downfall after a life of warfare, manipulation, and the murder of her own sister, Eithne
